Antonio Guanaes is the Chief Strategy Officer and Director for Latin America at Aviv International. Antonio is a media & communications expert, two-time startup founder and business strategist. Antonio has particularly helped companies quickly and painlessly structure market entry strategies into Latin America, leveraging his expertise in helping enterprises consider the legal and political complexities of the region.

Antonio holds a BA from New York University, where he majored in Philosophy and Computer Science, and an MS in Media Management from The New School.

Sam Millner is the Founder and CEO of Aviv International. With an extensive background in international affairs and start-up management, he has worked in New York, Washington, D.C. and Israel where he sold a tech startup and advised on both U.S. and Israeli foreign policy. Sam brings a wealth of experience in scaling Israeli agritech in Africa, organizing micro-incubators at African universities, and global business advisory.

Sam holds a BA from Columbia University where he majored in International Relations and French, and is currently pursuing a JD-MBA at Northwestern University.

N. Nolan Judd serves as the Chief of Staff at Aviv International, where he manages team development, client outreach, and company-wide operations. He has spent time in Washington D.C. working to advance Israel-U.S. relations, assisted in operating several educational projects in Africa, and has an extensive background in Middle Eastern and Caucasian security studies.

Nolan is in his final year at the University of Glasgow pursuing his MA in International Relations.

Jack Kessler is a Security Advisor at Aviv International, where he brings expertise on the political economies of fragile states, arms proliferation, and military hardware development. Previously, he played active role in the development of a proprietary Palantir threat analysis mobile application for Team Rubicon LLC. At Aviv International, he advises clients on international developments that may impact investments and serves as an analyst on international weapons transfers and their implications for regional stability.

Proficient in both Russian and Spanish, Jack holds a BA in Political Science from Tufts University.
